Daniel Obinna Okeke is the Principal Partner of Law Castle, a legal practitioner with broad experience in legal practice and a strong reputation for providing strategic, practical, and client-focused legal solutions.

His practice spans a wide range of areas, with particular experience in civil and criminal litigation, family law, property law, business law, financial technology (FinTech), and corporate and commercial law. Over the course of his practice, he has developed a versatile approach to legal practice, combining sound legal knowledge, effective advocacy, strategic thinking, and a keen understanding of the unique interests and objectives of his clients.

Beyond his practice, Daniel is deeply committed to continuous personal and professional development. He believes that excellence in law requires not only strong legal expertise but also a willingness to learn, adapt, and remain responsive to the evolving demands of the profession. This commitment has continued to shape both his professional journey and his approach to serving his clients.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Nnamdi Azikiwe University and a Barrister-at-Law (B.L.) qualification from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus. In 2025, he further advanced his academic pursuits with a Master’s degree from Ahmadu Bello University.

Partner (Mining, Aviation & Sports Law)

Kingsley .I Nwafor is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria with nearly a decade of active legal practice.

His core practice covers Mining Law and Compliance, where he advises local and foreign investors on licensing under the Nigerian Minerals and Mining Act 2007. He handles the full range of MCO applications from Reconnaissance Permits to Mining Leases, with particular strength in structuring Community Development Agreements and resolving regulatory disputes in Abuja, Nasarawa State, Jos, and other states across Northern Nigeria.

Beyond mining, his practice extends to Aviation Law and Compliance, Sports Law and Sports Agency as a Licensed Agent, Real Estate and Asset Management, Corporate Compliance, Contract Drafting and Review, and Intellectual Property. He represents clients in both advisory and contentious matters, litigating disputes arising from commercial contracts, land, mining, aviation, and sports before Nigerian courts and arbitral panels.

She obtained her LL.B from Kogi State University in 2024 and proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Kano Campus, where she completed her professional legal training.

Abigail is a diligent and driven young lawyer with a keen interest in legal practice and a strong commitment to achieving sound and practical outcomes for clients. She approaches her work with careful attention to detail, sound judgment, and a willingness to understand each client’s unique legal needs.
